Izzie Brown, MS, RDN, CSCS, is an exercise physiologist, registered performance dietitian/nutritionist and certified strength and conditioning specialist focusing on rowing since 1981. Two-time national team member.
Currently a faculty member in the Nutrition, Food Science and Packaging Department at San Jose State University. Courses include Sport and Tactical Nutrition, Nutrition Through the Life Span, Science of Physical Fitness and Nutrition, and Disordered Eating and Nutrition Therapy.
Currently coaching at Oakland Strokes. Other experience includes Craftsbury Sculling Center, Temple University, Mount Holyoke College, and Florida Rowing Center.
